The Kinsley Mortgage Team Text Messages

Program description

The Kinsley Mortgage Team sends text messages to people who opt in through our website forms or when applying for a loan with us. Messages are sent from our customer relationship management (CRM) platform and may include:

Replies to your inquiry and follow-ups you requested
Appointment scheduling and reminders
Loan application status updates
Requests for documents needed for your loan application

This program does not include marketing messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional text message box on our website forms and submitting the form. The box is not checked for you and is not required to submit the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or loan.

Message frequency and timing

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and where your loan is in the process. We send texts between 9 AM and 7 PM in your local time.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to (951) 970-5034. After you send STOP, we will reply with a message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages.

Replies of QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT also work. You can also opt out by calling or emailing us.

How to rejoin

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, or reply START, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
